I live in Canada, can I order Batistone products?

Yes. We will ship to Canada but due to the significant increases in postage, we now have to charge a $15 USD shipping fee. We will ship the packages Priority International so you will get them as fast as possible. Any duty or other taxes will still be the responsibilty of the buyer.

What do you do to make the tape stick?

Before you attach the tape to the synthetic skin be sure to swipe it clean with the Batistone XH Cleaner. Use it on your own hair as well. The Batistone XH Cleaner activates the skin and it becomes more receptive to the tape.

Do you have any other colors?

At this time, these are all the colors we carry. Should you have a need for a color we do not carry please contact us. Sometimes there are left overs from older dye lots. Also, if you would like to, we might be able to match your own hair. Just send us an email through our CONTACT US page.

How many Batistone XH hair extensions do I need in order to have my hair extensions look natural?

This depends on how your hair is styled and its thickness. People with short hair need approximately five to seven pieces of 4-inch Batistone XH hair extensions layered in two rows. If you have a straight cut or thicker hair we suggest seven to nine 4-inch Batistone XH hair extensions layered on three or four rows. We recommend that you order one of our Starter Kits. It will contain all the products you need.

How many Batistone XH hair extensions do I need to increase the length of my hair, the thickness of my hair or to create a color effect?

This depends on how much volume or effect you want to create (See our suggestions for increasing length and thickness above). Depending on how you style your hair, just 1 or 2 Batistone XH hair extensions will give you highlights.

Do I have to be worried that the Batistone XH hair extensions might come off accidentally?

This is unlikely. If you mount your hair extensions correctly they can last for quite some time. The longer you have it in your hair the more secure it becomes. Some customers use the Batistone XH hair extensions for three months at a time. If it does come loose, simply reattach the extensions with new tape.

Can I shower and treat Batistone XH hair extensions just like my own hair?

With Batistone XH you can shower, take a bath or style your hair as you wish. It is recommended that you add a lot of moisturizer to your hair so that your Batistone XH hair extensions stay soft and shiny.

Will Batistone XH hair extensions damage my hair?

Unlike other kinds of hair extensions, the Batistone XH hair extensions mounting system will not damage your hair, skin or scalp. There are no clips, no waxes and no plugs.

How can I experiment with different colors in my hair?

For people who like to experiment with different colors in their hair, Batistone XH makes it easy. For example, you can highlight dark hair with blond strips or vice versa. You can use a different color. It’s only your imagination that limits you.

How long must my hair be to attach the Batistone XH hair extensions successfully?
